All deposits on portrait slots and custom or commissioned artwork are non-refundable and must be made to book your slot before starting your artwork. When completed a scanned image of your final artwork will be sent to you. Final payment must be made before the artwork is sent to you. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your artwork prior to it being sent, please contact me as soon as possible and I will be able to make any adjustments required. Adjustments made may be charged at the standard hourly rate. 

Once you have received your portrait, you have 7 days to notify me of any problems. If 7 days have passed and I have not heard from you, I will assume you are happy with your portrait and no further action is needed. There is no refund on portraits or artwork once they arrive unless they arrive damaged or are returned to me for resale. I must be notified of return of portraits or damaged ASAP, with photos so I can investigate with the postal service, these can be emailed to me. Please check my contact page.

I reserve the right to use the finished, scanned drawing on any products (prints, calendars, cards etc) and for any promotional means, unless otherwise stated or outlined, once the transaction has been completed.
